every day. You may try it if you feel you get used to the same alarm every day and start ignoring it.
What I usually do is I put my favorite CD into the player, select the track, set alarm clock
to 6am, and - whoa! My favorite song wakes me up! For me it's simply the best way to get up in the morning! Not only it's easier to wake
up when you hear your favorite tune (I just jump out of bad when I hear it!), but it helps building a habit. Your body gets used to this tune and
whenever you hear it your body gets a signal to wake up! Few people said that they select a song with
appropriate lyrics. Or how about
