Tip #7. Sleep With Fresh Air

Added: 6/12/2007 9:23:10 AM

It's vital to understand that deep, relaxing sleep is one of key ways to easy wakeup. Quite often you may sleep for 10 hours straight yet feel drowsy in the morning. There may be many reasons for that, and stale or stuffy air could be one of them.

Open windows, get more fresh air in the room and enjoy the sleeping! If you live in the place where you prefer not to open windows, get an air refreshener and revitalizer. You'll see the difference once wake up refreshed and then feel energetic all day. One more way to increase oxigen level in your body is taking a walk outside before going to sleep. Those of you who have dogs and walk them every evening know how it works. These tips are highly recommended to the people suffering from insomnia.

Looks an interesting device I often keep the window open but on winter nights this can sometimes cause a problem.

Hi,

You can't beat fresh air. As your previous commenter said I like to have the window open but for other people this device might be very appropriate.

Regards,
Kris.

This is very true.I always sleep with my windows very open unless it is raining or extremely cold. Fresh air is very good for the brain when you are sleeping and the best thing about this is that you wake up feeling very fresh.

I like to sleep with my window open and with fresh air in my room. Truth is when you have colder air in your room it´s less likely you will have troubles with waking up.

That is super true, i also read it from a book that sleeping in a room with fresh air affects your feeling when waking up, so it's good to make sure that you're in a relaxing room before sleeping.
