About How to Wake Up Early site

This is a blog-type site focused on number one self-improvement and productivity habit - early rising. Any person who is interested in personal development and who sets serious goals in his/her life turns to rising early, sooner or later.

This site is created by Y.Graf (a.k.a. Sleeping Dude) who got sick of sleeping too much and changed his habit once and forever. Now I'd like to share what I know, learned and personally tried in this area. I'm sure you can benefit from the tips and tricks I post here.

Someone may drool that the tricks listed here are simple and obvious ("don't drink coffee, ha-ha"), but believe me, what is obvious and works for one person is a discovery for the other. If you already have got this habit and everything written here has no value for you, then you'd better be sharing your experience with others and enjoy the spirit of giving.
