how to wake up early?

Self-improvement site for early risers - how to sleep well, wake up early and what to do then...

About me and my How to Wake Up Early site

Welcome to my web site! This is a blog-type site focused on number one self-improvement and productivity habit - early rising. Any person who is interested in personal development and who sets serious goals in his/her life turns to rising early, sooner or later. Apart from tricks on how to wake up in the morning I share my observations on how to fall asleep faster and how to sleep well, as having deep relaxed sleep obviously helps you wake up earlier.

This site is created by me - friends call me Sleeping Dude just because I liked to sleep late. Up until the time when I got sick of sleeping too much ... and changed this habit once and forever. Waking up early has become my passion. Nothing can compare with early morning quiet hours and now I want to share the beauty of these precious life moments with you. I will share what I know, learned and personally tried in order to build this habit. I'm sure you can benefit from the tips and tricks I post here - whether you are struggling to wake up early for school, for work or just tired of staying awake through late night.

Someone may drool that the tricks listed here are simple and obvious ("don't drink coffee, ha-ha"), but believe me, what is obvious and works for one person is a discovery for others. If you already have got this habit then please share your experience with others and enjoy the spirit of giving.

What this site is NOT

This site is NOT a professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment resource. I just share the information I've got from different sources, including my own personal experience. Use it at your own risk. If you have sleeping disorders please consult your doctors first.

This site is NOT an exercise in writing. As you have probably noticed, English is not my native language so I don't pretend to be a great writer.

This site is NOT an exercise in web design. I just want to share the knowledge and inspiration with people who could benefit from it and not to impress you with some dull clipart. Neither I'm trying to load up the site with every possible feature you will never use...

If you'd like to leave me a message or ask question or contribute to this site - please use Contact form.

If you'd like to contribute your ideas and observations to this site - please use Contribute form.

Thank you for stopping by, I hope you enjoy the reading and looking forward to seeing you again!

With Love,
Sleeping Dude
